The office of University Honors is a tight-knit community of scholars, within a large, research-university setting, where students will connect with other students, faculty, and staff. The four-year program encourages well-prepared and motivated students to excel and to take an active role in maximizing their education by engaging with, and taking full advantage of, the array of resources and opportunities University Honors has to offer.

• University Honors Courses
  University Honors offers a variety of courses that include an enriching opportunity for discussion and engagement with faculty and peers. University Honors students will complete specific course requirements to receive their honors distinction based on point of entry. • University Honors Capstone Project
  The University Honors capstone project enables students to take learning outside of the classroom and apply critical thought to the topics they are most passionate about. University Honors Leadership Opportunities

• University Honors Ambassadors
  The University Honors Ambassador Program is a competitive leadership opportunity for any University Honors student who wishes to develop leadership, event management, and peer-mentoring skills. University Honors Ambassadors work with the University Honors team to enhance student development through peer-mentoring, conducting outreach for prospective University Honors students, and coordinating extracurricular activities for University Honors students.
• University Honors Media Team
  : University Honors depends on its Media Team to create all online and published content, from images, to videos, to tweets and posts. The Media Team keeps the entire University Honors community up to date on Honors events, activities, news, and opportunities.

• Audeamus
  Audeamus is produced by UCR University Honors students from all disciplines and majors; the students do everything from research and advertisement, to journal design and submissions.
