Vice Provost Named to National Consortium Board
Jennifer Brown, vice provost and dean of Undergraduate Education, has been elected to the Reinvention Collaborative board, a national consortium dedicated to reinventing undergraduate education at research universities.
Brown began serving a three-year term on the board, which includes representatives from public and private research universities, in late September.
“As a member of the Reinvention Collaborative Board, Dr. Brown will help shape national efforts to foster equity and excellence in undergraduate education at the nation’s leading research universities,” said Steve Dandaneau, executive director of the Reinvention Collaborative. “We’re grateful to her for her willingness to serve in this leadership position.”
A veteran administrator with a background in innovative teaching methods, Brown joined UCR in 2018.
