The mission of the ADT is to promote and celebrate excellence in teaching at all levels of instruction within the University. Working in conjunction with the UCR Exploration Center for Innovative Teaching & Engagement (XCITE), the ADT serves the faculty to provide classroom instructional resources, help mentor individual faculty in their teaching, host campus-wide seminars on educational research and pedagogy, and recognize faculty for their innovation and excellence in the classroom.
