Academic Preparation, Recruitment and Outreach Office in Grad Division. Our office works to demystify the graduate school application process and provide guidance to students considering a graduate degree.

Our primary way of doing this is through paid summer research internships designed specifically for undergraduates who are underrepresented, under-resourced, first-generation and/or first-time researchers. However, we also offer appointments for the following services:

• General overview of the graduate school application process
• Feedback on personal statements or other materials for graduate school applications
•  Guidance on picking a graduate school program
•  Questions about our paid summer internship programs
