The Center for Teaching & Learning is a facility within Undergraduate Education, which will serve as a hub for faculty interaction, student engagement, and campus collaboration. The Academic Engagement Instructional Design team assists faculty with the integration of technology into the learning environment to engage students and instructors in an effort to provide a collaborative, engaging and productive learning experience. The Center provides resources and collaborative opportunities for instructors to discuss, explore, adapt, innovate and assess curricula, pedagogies and tools to improve teaching and learning at UCR. The Learning Studio hosts speakers and panel discussions on educational issues and trends, organizes instructor learning communities, and provides opportunities for individual consultations with mentors and experts.
